Freed Call Analysis is an internal tool used by Freed staff. It is not offered to the public and it does not collect information from members of the public.
When a Freed agent opens a customer file in Freed's internal system, the extension reads the customer's file number from that page and requests a summary of that customer's previous calls from Freed's own server. The summary is shown to the agent in a panel on screen.
The preferences are not transmitted anywhere. The sign-in name and the browser identifier are sent to Freed's server with each request, as described under "Usage recorded by Freed" below.
The extension communicates with one address only: https://call-analysis.freed.care, a server operated by Freed.
The extension does not:
Freed records how its own staff use this internal tool. Each time the panel loads a customer briefing, Freed's server records the agent's work sign-in name, the browser identifier, the customer file that was opened, the time, and whether a briefing existed for that file.
This is used only to measure internal adoption of the tool and to find customer files that have no analysis yet. These records are kept for 90 days and then deleted automatically. They are not used to track individual agents' performance and are not shared outside Freed.
Only Freed staff working from a Freed network. The server accepts requests for customer summaries from Freed's own networks and refuses every other request.
Call summaries are held on Freed's server under Freed's internal data retention policy. The usage records described above are deleted automatically after 90 days. The information stored in the browser stays until the agent removes the extension or clears their browser data.
call-analysis.freed.care — the Freed server the summaries are requested from. The extension runs only on the pages of Freed's own internal customer system. It does not run on any other website.
